Difference between base 2.3 and base 2.5

What is the difference between the base 2.3 and 2.5 Mac mini models besides the bump in CPU speed?

Is it worth the extra $200 for .2 ghz of speed?
 
and twice the memory....

If you don't game or going to use as a HTPC then the base is more than enough...
