Do people notice the difference? I’ve had two Pros and standard one. I think the current range is similar I just watch movies and use Safari though. The pro is nice and thin though. I prefer the lighter contrast and thicker display on the cheaper one. The Air large model is great value for money and brings a larger size at a lower price. I prefer Face ID but I decided to sell my Pro. I realised I can buy 3 standard ones for price of a Pro. I may look at it again next year if the Pro offers more. I was going to have multiple iPads but can’t use both screens at one time for what I use it for movies ect so decided one does.

If all you’re doing with it is watching movies and using safari, then you definitely don’t need the pro. Save money and get the air or even the regular iPad. There’s no need to pay for features/power you don’t use.

Yes I mean I like Face ID but I left myself skint and got the pro. My main reason was I had my phone stolen abroad so I fear taking the Pro means £1000 to replace too. I had the Pro iPhone stolen it I went to the standard 15 and it’s similar too. The rumoured IPhone Air may offer a redesign next year too for more choice. The Keynotes and ads really sell it but in past few yet as I can’t see much between the pro and standard for daily use.
