1TB Fusion Drive (+$100)
AMD Radeon R9 M380 with 2GB video memory
Total: $1899.00

The current mid 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K display is:
3.2GHz quad-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz
8GB 1867MHz DDR3 SDRAM - two 4GB
1TB Fusion Drive
AMD Radeon R9 M390 with 2GB video memory
Total: $1999

Is there any good reason why one is $100 more?

The M390 should be around twice as fast/powerful as the M380. So that is what you pay the $100 for.

The GPU is the only difference, when you move up to the M395 model, you get a better GPU and a stock 2TB Fusion drive, making that difference a little bit more noticeable.
