Carrier Difference in Carrier bundles - VZW

So I found the VZW carrier bundles for iOS9.3 but what's the difference between these two? One is Verizon_LTE_US_iPhone and the other is Verizon_TFW_LTE_iPhone. TFW is TracPhone.

please don't say TFW. :p

And can the one that does wifi calling be used on 9.0.2? But the question is does the 9.3 bundle enable WiFi calling and can it be put on 9.0.2?
