iPod Differences between 60g Ipods?

Just wondering what the differences are between these two ipods:

The first one in your post is the prior model that also comes with dock, firewire cable, AV cable, and carrying case. Apple later dropped those options when they dropped the price (actually, it's kinda fair to say that dropping these options is actually how they were able to drop the price).
Other than that those extras and a different part number, I believe the iPods themselves are identical.

Nothing is different besides the price.

The accessories are a little different, but the iPods themselves are the same.
