I'm planning on maxing out my iMac 2.4 20inch with 4GB of RAM. I've heard one of the best places to go to get RAM is OWC, so i've decided on that. My question is, on the site, there are three different RAMs, all of them are 2GB x 2, but one is $129.99, one is $139.99, and the last is $179.99. It would seem logical that the latter would be better, but i'm not sure with this. I've never heard of any of the three companies. My choice would be to go with the first one, by Micron, but I want to get some feedback by people who have bought these. I really would need to get one of the first two because of price, but if they're not good, then I won't. What do you guys think?

I got the OWC branded RAM and the only difference for me was about $700 saved over what Apple wanted to charge me for 4GB of RAM.

The $129 OWC RAM will be fine...they're able to save a few bucks because it's their own brand. As long as RAM works, it's all the same, so the only reason to pay more is for guarantees that it will work and warranties. OWC has both, along with a great reputation, so there's no reason to go with anything but the cheapest.

Damn; the OWC 4GB kit dropped $8 since I ordered it yesterday!
Works perfectly, and you're getting a smokin' deal.
BTW, the difference in Leopard responsiveness under a load (compared to stock 1GB) is not at all subtle!
