So I have for my iPhone ios 12 two apple ids in two different countries. Can I have one apple id for Apple Music and the other country’s apple id as that for the App Store?

Please advise thanks!

I would say that you use just 1 ID in your device for all Apple services. If you use two ids in a single device it can be confusing and issue with purchasing can occur. And if you use two ids you can't merge them.
A like would be appreciated.

You can have one ID for iCloud and another for App and iTunes Store.

But you can't use one for Apps and then a different one for iTunes and Music.
