Different calculator picture

Did you notice the clock is reading a different time? I would hope any expected update would be something more than just a different couple of icons
 
exactly, if they update, i want something new to do not just to look at
 
I don't care so much about the icon as the functionality. The iPhone's calc app is a waste of memory (however little it uses). Is it too hard for Apple to give us a calc app like on 10.4? Something that has a % key and can also do conversions on the fly.
