iPhone Different GeoFence question...

So after my last question I thought a different question might get me closer to my problem.

Setup: I have an Automation in the Apple Home app that turns the lights on between (say) 6pm and 10pm if I leave home. This only works if I leave home during the times specified, if I leave home before 6pm the automation does not trigger.

I want the automation to turn the lights on when I am out / away during certain periods. How do I do this?

I have an Apple TV, a smartthings hub and a hue hub.

Last response not very clear, sorry, The Apple TV is configured as the Home hub (and is confirmed by my iPhone) and the Hue Bridge is shown (on my iPhone) as a bridge.
