Different prices for Apple Music??

So I'm considering getting Apple Music and I wanted to find out the cost, so I found this site via Google: http://www.apple.com/lae/apple-music/membership/

On there it says $5.99/month for individuals and $8.99/month for the family plan.

However, when going to the music app and looking at the Join Apple Music screen, it says individual plan is $9.99 and family is $14.99..

So which price is it? I believe I remember seeing the latter prices when Apple Music launched. Are the first prices a new change? Possibly in response to Amazon's new and cheaper music service?
