Diggnation!!!!! not going on the iPhone

I tryed to put diggnation on my iphone and Itunes told me that Diggnation cannot be copyed!!!!!! WTF has any one run into this problem???

If you are speaking of the video version, yes I had that problem when I synced the 'large' version. When I subscribed to the 'small' version it worked. Not sure why...

there's probably a bandwidth issue on the encoded video
