Kinda worried. Bought and SE last Tuesday and loved the form factor. Now I saw it has been discontinued. Should I keep it or upgrade to an iPhone 8? We have the 8's at work and I love them just as much as the SE...What is a logical decision here?

Really up to you. iPhone SE should receive software updates for another 2-3 years, and the 8 another 4-5 years. iPhone SE is apparently running great with iOS 12 (to be released soon), but no guarantees that it will run iOS 13 and beyond well. iPhone 8 will be more future proof but I don't know how long you tend to hold onto phones... not sure if I helped or confused things more

Keep the SE still a great little phone even now it's been discontinued, it runs better on iOS 12 than 11 so you got at least another year out of it until iOS 13 lands, and if the SE crawls on iOS 13 then at least this years XR will be cheaper next year and that will be a better upgrade over the iPhone 8.

Bail unless size a significant consideration. 8 provides longer life use.
