Dimensions and Weight of Ipad Packaging?

Heya,

I was wondering whether any of you would know the dimension and weight of the ipad box (with the ipad itself still inside it). I have a FedEx box and I am unsure whether it would be cheaper to ship it overseas in the original brown fedex box or in the ipad box.

P.S Ipad 3g model. only saw other thread saying that 3g is heavier than wifi
