Dimensions of medium leather loop?

I've ordered the blue leather loop below, for the 38mm. The link below has some dimensions, the length of the loop is 182mm, but it doesn't say which size this is. What I'm wondering is if someone with the Apple leather loop can measure the length of the longest part, tell me which size it is and how long it is?
