iPhone Direct call tweak?

Ive had a bit of a google search but cannot find a cydia tweak of anything that does what the Samsung Galaxy S3 does in messages.

It knows when you want to talk: if you're sending
a message but decide to call instead, simply lift
the phone to your ear and it will dial your friend's
number automatically.

Anyone know of such a tweak? Would be useful
