Directtodrive Dragon Age Not Working

I DL the DMG file and double click it only to get an error saying the disk images couldn't be opened, the reason being "not recognized."

Their support hasn't been the best. Any ideas?

Did you delete and re-download? I got mine from GameTree Online and never had an issue.

I can only guess the download didn't complete. Is the filesize correct? Redownloading is a good first step.

I get that error when a file didn't finish downloading, redownload the game and make sure it's completely finished this time.
