Dirty New Airpods 3

Got the new AirPods 3 and the button on the back of the case was dirty out of the box. They are new not used, directly from the store.

Any idea how to clean this dirt?

Where did you get these? I have never seen an Apple-packaged device in its clear-wrapped plastic be anything but perfect. This could be a knock-off or used.

Yeah I would send them back to the store where you got them.

Yeah it’s weird.. I’m going to the store on Monday in hope to replace them. It’s an authorised reseller and they don’t seem to be used before also the tabs on the box were not replaced.. The serial is saying that they are genuine.

Also seeing this in the left bud.. the right one is flawless.. so be definitely taking these back.
