sorry if this is not the right place to ask or has been asked before but... ever since downgrading back to ios 13.3 (fingers crossed for jailbreak soon) i cannot for the life of me find the toggle for turning off suggested apps in the search page of the app store... i know it’s somewhere as i have had them turned off since the day i bought my 11pro, however since having to start with a fresh restore i’ve been unsuccessful at getting rid of the pesky suggestions... i’m sure it somewhere quite obvious and i’m just being daft, but any help/guidance appreciated.

I wonder if the setting you're looking for is in Settings > Siri & Search, see the screenshot. I have it toggled off and I'm not seeing the Suggestions in the App Store.

i agree that should do the trick! but for whatever reason, it does not. i have the same thing toggled off, always have, and even still i have the app suggestions in app store.

Interesting, I was sure that was it. This is just a wild guess, but have you tried killing the App Store app and relaunching?

Hopefully someone can chime in with a fix.

Yeah, I’ve done everything short of restoring my phone as new (which waswhat caused thisto begin with, so doubtful even that would resolve my issue haha). I appreciate the effort, I’m just gonna keep scratching my head and trying to get creative!

I've one last idea. In Settings > Siri & Search > Suggestions and Search (the setting we were talking about).. toggle that on and back off and see if that helps. Sometimes after a restore from backup a setting doesn't seem to work until it's cycled, I've had that happen to me before.

Yeah unfortunately I’ve done that several times including reboots between toggling it on/off, still persists. I’ve had a few small hiccups since I downgraded to 13.3 so earlier I ended up just wiping my phone and then dfu restoring 13.3 and starting fresh (no cloud backup either) and after painstakingly going though every last option in the settings app, still no luck. Guess it’s those pesky and painfully irrelevant suggestions are here to stay 🤷🏼‍♂️
