I've MBA Early 2015 with Yosemite installed.
I create 2 users in the system - 1 for me (administrative) and 1 for my mom (standard).
Can I disable from appearing specific apps for my mom user? for example I've installed 1Password from the App Store and I don't want it will be available in my mom's user.

Yes... setup Parental Controls on the account then you can only allow her access to specified apps. There are some other settings in there that might help also. On my mother's iMac I used parental controls to block and changes to the Dock because she kept accidentally dragging the Mail app out of the Dock then she thought her mail was gone.
