iPad Disable camera from lock screen

ipad air 2 - IOS 13.5.1

Guys - my kids are driving my crazy with 100's of pictures on the ipad - the camera app is accessible from the lock screen. I followed instructions here but don't see a list of allowed apps at all in contents & restrictions

I see Allowed Apps right under iTunes & App Store Purchases. What does your view look like?
