Disable mouse acceleration and precision?

Hello.

I just got a new iMac 27" - coming from a PC from ´15 years

I know it takes while to learn and understand OS X Mountain Lion, but one thing i will never accept is the mouse acceleration and the precision sucks.

Is there a fix for this for Mountain Lion? I found a few old ones for old os x versions.

I want the same precision as in Windows/PC
