Do you mean notifications inside a Shortcut or the notification at the beginning of the automation?
For the latter, in the When section, you can disable it for most triggers.
It is not available for a.e. Wi-Fi triggers… because of reasons.

Some Automations have the switch they are showing in the screen grab. Toggle it off/on.

But some Automations, no way of preventing the notification. Geo-fenced Automations do not have the option, for example. Just installed iOS 18 and appears as no change in that regard. Will test geo-fence in the morning when I head out the door but expect to see the usual notification for that. "When Bluetooth connects/disconnects" still has no option to disable notifications is another example.
