I have a lot of apps and i have no desire in Siri Search doing a search through the apps when i use spotlight or during rare occasions that i use Siri, it would be a painfully slow process to disable siri app search individually for each APP, is there a way to turn off Siri App Search all in one shot?

Settings -> Siri and Search -> Suggestions in Search?

Looks like a master switch to me.

Is that the master switch though? i turned off lookup and suggestions in search but all the individual apps still have siri search enabled, how do i know they are truly disabled?

1) Put some distinct content like a nonsense sequence of characters in a file in one of your apps
2) with 'master switch' on, do a Siri search for the distinct data; check it appears
3) with the 'master switch' off, do the same Siri search again; check the content does not appear

QED!

Thanks for the tip, I went ahead and manually disabled the individual search feature for each app unfortunately as I want to keep the "Siri suggestions" feature enabled as it suggests other things as well
