Disable Steam Cloud?

I'm sorry, but that feature has ruined all of my Portal saves. I find it easier to carry my saves on a memory stick.

And also, my brother occasionally likes a game on my account, which also messes things up.

Can it be disabled?

You are better off sending Steam Support an email and ask them. I don't believe you can do disable it though.
