DISable taking pictures from lock screen?

Is there a way to make it so when you double click the home button on the lock screen you can't take pictures?

I mean I could see it being useful occasionally, but of course as soon as I let my friends see my phone (read: they take it from me), they start taking tons of pictures, which are really annoying to delete.

Unfortunately I don't believe you have the option to turn it off.

I guess it's time for new friends haha

just hit the home button once to "wake" to the phone...no camera button
