Disable Voicemail Transcription

Has anyone figured out how to disable voicemail transcription on iOS 10?
[doublepost=1476239368][/doublepost]For those that are interested I had a chatting session with Apple and they had to pull in a Senior Advisor ... apparently this is an issue that many are struggling with. And I guess you can't disable the feature or turn it off.

If it's dependent on your carrier supporting visual voicemail, you can try contacting them (your carrier) and see if they can disable/remove it from your account

Thanks for the insight. It doesn't appear to be dependent upon the carrier but is rather a feature of iOS 10 that has no way to disable the feature at this point in time.
