Hey Guys,
What is the best way to disable my work email, 1 of 3 emails on my iPhone, from disrupting me when I am at home.

I would like it so that when I start work, my emails will still sync to the phone (if disabling email is required).

If you are Jailbroken, iScheduler may do that for you, I know it can disable push notificaion based on a time frame, I am not sure if it can do Email account separately. There is a free trial, you may just want to download it and try it out

Thanks I'll grab the trial

I think it can disable/enable Push Email, but I don't think you can do it for an Single email account (it will do it system wide).

Looks like you're right..and that doesn't work for me.

If I change the "MAIL" switch from ON to OFF within the Email Account settings, and then turn it back to ON the next day, will it resync what was downloaded?

It should on a Exchange account, I don't think it will on a Imap or pop

Buy your IT guy a cup of coffee and some cake, and ask him to disable your phones email on a schedule ;_)
