iPhone Disabling Animoji/ Memoji stickers

Hi all, macrumomors said the latest iOS released today had a setting to permanently hide these stickers. Has anyone been able to find it?

Never mind. That’s for 13.3. I’ll have to wait.

Stupid thing to have permanently in the OS in my opinion.

Interestingly enough, after a recent use of the "clock" icon to hide the Animoji/Memoji from the general emoji keyboard they haven't come back on their own recently (they used to come back at times, but so far they haven't for over a week or so it seems).
