Disabling favorites in Safari URL field

This feature really bothers me. Whenever the URL field is clicked, a giant window pops up with a list of my Favorites and Frequently visited sites. I can't find out how to disable this to keep it from popping up. Please tell me there is a way???

Safari, Preferences..., Search, uncheck "Show Favorites".
