Anyone know how to make Safari let you use all autofill options even if you don't have a pass code?

Anyone know how to make Safari let you use all autofill options even if you don't have a pass code?

If you first set up a passcode, then enable Safari autofill and finally disable the passcode again, it asks you whether you want to continue using autofill. although I'd not recommend doing so for obvious reasons.

I use iOS 7.1 beta 2, maybe it's different here compared 7.0.
