If i jailbreak my 3G iPhone with pwnage tool is there any disadvantages (i.e. somes app not work, 3G does not work or wifi not working)? And, is there a chance of it bricking my iPhone 3G?

Everything should work fine after the jailbreak.. There's always a chance of bricking it, but if you follow the directions you shouldn't run into any problems.
how about you title your threads better...
There are other people that may be considering owning it but are worried of the cons, such as yourself, who may see this thread thinking you have made a list but only to realize that your just as clueless as everyone else, thus wasting time and clicks.
I've jailbreaked mine. But I won't answe the question because you along with hundreds of others need to learn to title your damn threads appropriately.

The only downside I can see after having my phone jailbroken for a bit now, is that you can't use the newest firmware update from apple right away and still be jailbroken. Also, someone else can step in here, but it may not save all of your jailbroken apps/settings/preferences when you upgrade.
I couldn't imagine not having the phone jailbroken, though. I love that they call it jailbroken too, because, looking back, it really is liberating.
The phone functions exactly the same as before, only you have the ability to run 3rd 3rd party programs, ie jailbroken apps. From what I can tell there is no worry of permanently "bricking" your phone. The worst that can happen is that you must use itunes to restore.
