Disappeared Siri Contact Suggestions when Sharing

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I no longer have contact suggestions in my share sheet. I verified that Settings > Siri & Search > Suggestions when Sharing is toggled on. Curious if it’s a known bug in the new update.

This is happening on both my iPhone and iPad.
