Disappearing iPad Content

I have a 64GB model, and I have synced it twice. Everything loads, I play movies, music, etc. Within 20 minutes or so I return to "music" or "videos" and all content has disappeared. It tells me it is empty and that I can download content via iTunes.

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Click the tab in iTunes for Music (or whatever) and make sure it keeps your files in the 'Pad. Elsewise it's going to assume you want to keep only unlistened to (or unwatched as in the case of TV shows) in the device.
