Hi All,

Going to try here before contacting HP. I am not sure if it is iPadOs/iOS at fault or Hewlett Packard. I have a Hewlett Packard M254dw printer which I have been using for almost three years with my iPads (iPad Pro 12.9 2020 and iPad Mini 5 and iPhones 13 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max.

A few days ago I updated to 17.02 and up to that point I had been able to AirPrint documents in the A5 form factor, by selecting it from the list of sizes if it wasn’t automatically set up for me by the Apple device. I am sure that I printed something after the update. However now there is no setting to set the page to A5 in the options when I try to print. I have a work around where I can set the page feeder to A5 on the printer that then forces that size but was wondering if anyone else has the same problem? Or better still a solution.

Thanks in advance.
