Disappearing sound when listening to podcasts

Hi!

I seem to encounter a very strange bug with my iPad Pro (iOS 14) and AirPods Pro:

Whenever I listen to podcasts on Apple podcasts, the sound seems to occasionally disappear. For example, when I take one AirPod out and then put it back in, or change the playback speed, or go 15 seconds back. Sometimes it’s just several seconds, sometimes the sound doesn’t come back unless I disconnect and reconnect the Airpods.

Does anybody know a solution to this?
