Disappearing txt while switching apps

Hi all,

Has this been the case always? I was writing a txt for work, then had to switch to an email to get the right info as i go back the txt that i composed just vanishes. I went back and forth few times and ending up realizing that it does not save incomplete txt messages unless you send it.

Sort if annoying no?

Do you mean the Messages app? I just wrote half a message, switched to a couple of other apps, then came back and my half message was still there. I'm on an iPhone 8.

Thats it, in the messages app. Ill make a video, post a link on youtube. Mine does not save, quite annoying.
