I cannot buy songs/movie, it says that my account was disabled.

Its unbelieving that such a large company like apple will lock my account without notifying me what happened to my account. I need my account back. I believe a responsible should notify its customer before doing these thing to their account. We are paying the money to gain our service. I really don't know what happened.

Please give me an explain. Its a shame for the Apple staff that they say they care about other people on technology, but now what happened? I waited a week and sent three e-mail to the iTunes Store but no one reply? What are they doing? just playing the games with the iPhone???

I am very disappointed on apple's service.

Please find someone to sort out my case.

Thanks.

1... this is not the official apple fourm... call apple (you can find their number on their site)
2. what did you do recently with the account (like how much did you buy)

Nobody here knows what reason your account was shut down for. Try contacting Apple directly. And this isn't Apple's site, so you are not going to receive any actual explanation here.

Let us know why it was locked down! You got me curious, lol.

I'm sure his account wasn't "locked." Given the level of computer literacy that this person has demonstrated in what they wrote, I'm sure the problem is just some very simple thing he or she doesn't know how to do. If they would've posted a polite descriptive explanation of the problem here, I'm sure we all would've bent over backwards to try to help them solve the problem. But instead they just assume that Apple has "locked" their account and goes off on a rant about how bad Apple is. I don't like to go out of my way to help people who act like that, if they're gonna act like that then let em figure it out themselves.

Yeah, chances are it isn't anything near being locked out. It sounds like this person is just having problems with their account and is assuming that they have been "locked out." This could have been any number of things, 9/10 of which were most likely through the part of the user....

To the OP, could you supply us with any more information as to what happens when you attempt to download something on the iTunes Store, or access your account?

Have you recently bought/redeemed an itunes gift card bought online?

You guys are wasting your typing. This person (if they aren't a troll) thinks they sent Apple an email, they don't understand that this is a forum page that they need to check back on later to read any replies, they're probably expecting a response from Apple to appear in their email box. I doubt this poster is ever going to read any of the things you write here. They have only one other post here at MRForum and it was an almost identical post written as if they were writing to Apple. This person is probably never going to even see any of the responses written here.

Here was his post from Jan 15th:

The update should be available in all countries, why Hong Kong Store doesn't have this upgrade immediately. Its really shock that such a large company will have this kind of ... policy... Not just making money, who say he wants user to have a better experience!!!

Its really a shame for Apple!!!!

I had this happen once to my account, I emailed them at the support page on apple.com and hours later I had an email apologizing and making sure it was fixed.
