Alright, I have no idea where the disc sharing is, when i go to system preferences and type disc and DVD sharing, it appears, but once I actually go to sharing it is not there.
When I try to download the Mac disc sharing it says I have the latest software...
I have Sharing for screen, file, printer, scanner, web, remote login, remote management, remote apple events, xgrid sharing, internet, and bluetooth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What Mac OS X version do you use?

Disc Sharing can only be enabled on Macs or Windows based PCs with an optical disk drive (ODD), but the MBA has no ODD.
Otherwise, what is there to share?

ok that wasnt my question, but thanks. I figured it out

You haven't asked anything really.
I assumed you were looking for the "DVD or CD Sharing" feature, which isn't available on a MBA, as it does not have an ODD. Thus, what is there to share.
Or do you have an external ODD connected?

And what have you figured out? Maybe people searching for answers might find it helpful.
