Restore premium reseller violates my rights and Apple's warranty terms. I have 4 times contacted the service center that they have fixed all the errors in my MBP. 1. Flickering screen, SSD error, sticky keys, power problems. MBP is under warranty, and I was denied. Maybe someone faced with similar? Share experience what to do?

Im confused do you mean you are a reseller of apple products on amazon? That's why apple is having issues with warranty on your computer?

No, I purchased MBP 13 2018 on January 31 at the official Apple store , it started to issue errors. And I was denied warranty repairs. I don't understand Apple's behavior. The Mac wasn't opened by anyone, it wasn't filled with water, it looks perfect. And works not very. And warranty disclaimer.I don't understand Apple's behavior. The Mac wasn't opened by anyone, it wasn't filled with water, it looks perfect. And works not very. And warranty disclaimer.

if this the case there should be no reason you can't get warranty work done if its within the year you bought it which it is. Did you try calling AppleCare?

Which country? What exactly do you mean by "I was denied"? Did you contact Apple? If your device is covered by Apple's manufacturer warranty then they must and will fix it. But if you bought the Mac in January 2018, then it is not under manufacturer warranty. (If you bought a 2018 MacBook model in January 2019, then you should express yourself more clearly).

I read you bought at an "official Apple store", but you complain about a "Premium reseller". That sounds like you didn't buy from the "premium reseller" and they might not have any business relationship with you. If you have rights against the _seller_ that exceed your rights against the manufacturer, then you'd have to go to the store where you bought the product.

I was denied.
Why? Did they see water damage or other evidence that they denied the warranty claim?

As mentioned above, your post is a bit confusing, did you buy it at an actual Apple store, or at an authorized apple reseller?

Depending on your local consumer laws you have certain rights, I would explore those rights and open a claim with your local consumer rights board. The reseller has rights as well, and if you violated the warranty, i.e., damaged the laptop then you may not get too far. I'm not accusing you, but just pointing out Apple and resellers typically deny warranty when they see evidence of damage or water infiltration.

Yes, I called Apple Care. Asked to send all videos with incorrect work of MBP. Sent them all material and in response received: "We are sorry that this happened, but we do not yet know how to help you."

I bought MBP in Russia. Here is the official Apple store "Re store", it is authorized "Premium reseller" apple reseller. All you can watch info on their site. If you want, I can send you the address. In the store, I also made a claim, attached all the materials, including video. They refused to replace my device. Having said that the store is not responsible.

They sent me a written refusal justifying it with the phrase "Defects do not affect the operation of the device and the tests were successful". I bought MBP in Russia. Here is the official Apple store "Re store", it is authorized "Premium reseller" apple reseller.
Thank you for your advice. We have a law on consumer protection, I will use it.

Weird things are going on in Russia. All of this sounds strange to me.

It's a vicious circle. And Apple doesn't know what to do. At the same time, everyone understands that the device is faulty, and no one wants to replace it. And all are silent about the rules and warranty obligations of Apple and the site (version for Russia) is nothing specific say. If you have any idea please help me.

The first time replaced the motherboard, and the second time replaced the motherboard and power controller. Do you think my MBP has a chance?

I’m confused as well, the company who did the repairs you mentioned is responsible, If Your laptop passes Apple’s diagnostics not much they can do. Going the consumer protection law route should get the local company’s attention. Given what has been replaced twice, not much left but ribbon cabling. Good luck, so frustrating to purchase something and immediately have problems that can’t be fixed easily.

It's very frustrating. Thank you for your advice. I tried to go to the consumer protection act. Unfortunately, to no avail, because the MacBook was less than 90 days in the service center. I'll see how it works in the future.

Service center replaced under warranty: Logic Bord, Top case with Battery, Magic Keyboard with numberic Keypad, Touch ID Bord.
Now MacBook Pro runs out of power during sleep and is heated. Can someone rebuffed?
