Disk Burning Software

I downloaded a CD image for BeOS PC Mac Edition on my Mac. When I tried to burn it to a CD so I could install it on a PC, I got an error that Disk Copy couldn't mount it (BFS formatted). Is there any Mac software that can burn a CD without actually being able to read it?
