Disk check error question?

i got a 2006 machine i picked up at a real good price running Yosemite on an ssd, my question is when i do a verify disk i get an error (please see the pic) now I know it has a different EFI to make it boot on this old mac
If i do a repair disk will this change the EFI and make it unbootable?

Please be easy on me im new to this !!!
