Is there a way to create a complete disk image on the Air? I want to install OSX Lion to test some things THEN revert back. I would like to do this without obliterating my existing install.
Thanks.

It's no different than on any other Apple computer. This is more of a Mac OSX question than a MacBook Air question.

The Air is quiet different then most macs. I figured without a firewire port/thuderbolt/CD Drive and SSD I felt this would be better addressed in the Air forum regarding disk imaging. I have an Air. My solution pertains specifically to an Air.

I was referring to creating a disk image which is what you asked. The air does have USB, Ethernet, and 802.11 which can all be used to create disk images. You could also use an external USB hard drive or optical drive with the MacBook Air if you wanted to.

Just because you have a MacBook Air does not mean that the solution pertains specifically to the MacBook Air. In fact most of the solutions would also pertain to most other Apple computers.
