I been having disk error with the 2TB disk in my new 27" imac

The errors looks like this:

Checking extents overflow file.
Checking catalog file.
Missing thread record (id = 1336149)

Checking multi-linked files.
Checking catalog hierarchy.
Invalid volume directory count
(It should be 197788 instead of 197789)
Checking extended attributes file.
Checking volume bitmap.
Checking volume information.
The volume Macintosh HD was found corrupt and needs to be repaired.
Error: This disk needs to be repaired. Start up your computer with another disk (such as your Mac OS X installation disc), and then use Disk Utility to repair this disk.

First I repaired with Diskwarrior and the disk ran fine for a week or so.
Second I made a scan for bad sectors with techtool pro (passed with no problems)
Third I did a backup with Superduper and reformated the disk, then I copied everything back with SuperDuper.
Here's my question: Could it be a bad system? and if so would a reinstall on top of the old one cure the problems. Any suggestions would be welcome,-I'll hate to send my otherwise perfect Imac back for repair...

Did you do the bolded part yet?

Installing the system on top of another system might not cure the problem, if it is indeed a problem with the system.

You have to make an Erase and Install with the Mac OS X Restore DVDs.

I repaired with DiskWarrior on a ext. disk. in fact I first repaired with disk utility.second with Diskwarrior which found some minor errors disk utility could'nt find.
I thought a reinstall of SL replaces old systemfiles? that's what Apple claimes.
