Hi guys,
After I recently messed with the windows partition and deleted it manually. But now I lost control over my Mac Partition too. Now I cannot boot or repair the partition in any ways. When I try to fix it, I get the notification "Disk Utility can't repair this disk, Backup as many of your files as possible, reformat the disk and restore your back-up files".

I have tried different methods mut look like the apps cant touch the partition or something like that.

I somehow managed to install windows again, and can reach my files from it. They are in good shape and I can back-up now. But since I don't have much time, I am looking ways to repair the MacOs Partition and get back to work asap.

I believe there is something wrong with the MBR or something, because Disk Utility does not allow me to change anything and says it uses Master Boot Record.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Was your drive converted to Core Storage as part of the Yosemite installation? Check in Disk Utility to see, if so DU can't the manage any partitions on that drive....

Looks like it is Journlaed HFS+.
I'm not sure but shoudnt be the "Partition Map Scheme" GUID or something? I can change it and it says I can change it because it uses master boot record scheme.

Here is what I have..
Thanks
