I started receiving frequent requests by accountsd etc to access my login keychain, so I decided to run a First Aid check on my Macbook Pro 14 inch 2021 with Monterey v12.2.1. My laptop is 6 months old.

I tried running First Aid while selecting Container disk3 and I keep getting an error:
So I tried selecting "Macintosh HD" and "Data" to go deeper and run First Aid there. DiskUtility freezes every single time I select "Macintosh HD" or "Data". I have to end process using Monitor every time before I can open DiskUtility again.
I also tried executing fsck_hfs command via terminal, but it exits within 1 second and gives following output:
Has anyone encountered this issue before? It is extremely frustrating to have such basic issues on a new Macbook.
