Hey,

I have a problem. When I verify my disk it comes up with a few things..

A set of 10 or so things that disk utility says that I've changed and that it won't fix. So I figured I would format and I went 7 times over the disk and it's still there...

How could that be?

Nate

And also I've tried running Disk Warrior and it comes up with the exact same problems and it says that it won't fix them..

If they are nine "SUID" warnings, they're completely normal and there's no need to do anything about them. Here is a brief Apple support document mentioning the issue. Sorry you wiped your disk because of it. :)

(If you install 10.5.1 through Software Update, you should see nine of them. If you manually download the full 10.5.1 version from Apple's site, you should only see the single one mentioned in the Apple support document. But there's no need to bother with that, as none of them are an indication of a problem...Apple should remedy this as part of a coming Leopard update.)
