Disk Utility Question-Verify permission

I did a clean install of Leopard with a UTD.

I first installed 10.4.10 and did not install the other languages and most print drivers.

Then with Leopard same thing.

When I run disk utility and run Verify Permission I get A LOT of this....

Did I totally screw up?:confused::(
