Disk Utility Shows This - Doesn't seem right?

OK, this doesn't look right to me. IDK how to clean this up or what is critical to keep here or 'why' it looks like this.

Does any of this make sense?

Nothing to clean up
The disk numbering is arbitrary, something that your system determines.

I don't know to be honest but it seems it's commonly called that.
It was on mine too
I presume there are other containers/volumes that are hidden (for firmware etc).
The Macintosh HD is greyed out because it isn't mounted in the latest systems. They do look a bit different from previous setups though.

My iMac is failing on me. Fans screaming 24/7 driving me nuts.
