Is the new Disk Utility window resizable?

I ask because I can't resize mine and thus wonder if it's moi or El Capitán.

It is not just you. Won't resize for me and others also. Odd design choice IMO.

Yes, odd, indeed!

Between my internal & external drives, I have 11 volumes. And while I can scroll between them, it is nicer having a window that I can size to fit.

And with high resolution displays & "split screens", the need to save space seems most bizarre (well, at least to me).
