Hi all, we have an iPad Air 4th Gen (A2316) and have been having issues with the Disney+ app with it for a few months now. Disney+ works fine on our iPhones and Apple TV just not on the iPad. The iPad is updated on the latest iOS

The issue we see is there is a 50/50 chance that playback of a show will happen. It will think a bit and then give us the Oops Something Went Wrong screen. Our solution is to turn the Wifi off and watch the show as a downloaded option (if we have downloaded it). If not, we download the show (which happens just fine) and then turn off the Wifi and watch it that way.

This past weekend, I have even deleted the app and all of its data and redownloaded it (and all of the kid's saved shows) and it happened again this morning.

Our house has fiber internet and the shows download just fine so this isn't a wifi issue...

Thanks,
Brian

Hi again, anyone have any ideas of what I could try or another place I could ask this question? I haven't ever really pursued going to Apple with an issue like this but does anyone know where to start?

The iPad's main use is for kid entertainment when needed and we currently have to stop and download anything that we want to watch as streaming just isn't reliable.

Thanks,
Brian
